Where we sit in your stack

Most providers are either visible to your clients or just take tickets. We’re the fourth quadrant: integrated with your team, invisible to your clients.

How we work with your agency

1

You retain a dedicated Local SEO specialist, part-time or full-time.

Not a queue, not a rotating assignee. You choose the capacity you need, the same way you’d scope a hire. Your specialist works inside your Slack or project management tool, using your templates, your process, and your reporting format.

2

We run the Local SEO work.

Google Business Profile, on-page and technical SEO, citations, content, and reporting. You brief us once at onboarding. We don’t need access to your client to do the job.

Content is briefed by your specialist, drafted with AI assistance, then edited and reviewed by a human. Business details, service claims, and local references get verified before anything reaches you.

3

Our senior SEO joins client calls whenever you want.

No cap, no add-on fee. It’s your retained capacity, spent how you choose. They join as part of your team, under your brand, briefed by you, and off the call when it ends. Most engagements never need it. It’s there for the day a client asks the hard technical question.

4

Someone checks the work before you see it.

A senior SEO reviews your specialist’s output every week for quality and performance. Specialists get monthly training on search algorithm and platform updates. We ask for your feedback every two weeks, so corrections happen in weeks rather than at renewal.

Staffing firms place a person and hand you the managing. We stay responsible for what ships.

5

Your client stays yours.

We work agency-side only. No emails to your clients, no relationship outside the one you own. We sign a non-solicitation with every agency we work with.

What your specialist handles

Google Business Profile management

Setup, optimization, and ongoing management.

Technical SEO

Crawlability, indexation, site health, and the fixes that follow.

On-page SEO

Titles, structure, internal linking, and page-level optimization.

Citation audit and building

NAP consistency across directories, cleanup, and new placements.

Website copy

Service pages and location pages. Copy that has to convert as well as rank.

Blog content

Briefed by your specialist, drafted with AI assistance, then edited and reviewed by a human.

Page implementation

Your specialist builds new pages from your existing templates and publishes them without breaking your site. You get pages live, not a recommendation document your developer has to work through.

What we don't do

We don't buy links.

If your strategy includes link building, your specialist executes it on your account through your vendor. We don’t source links, don’t resell them, and don’t take a margin on them. The choice and the risk stay with you.

We don't run paid ads.

Local SEO is what we do all day. Ads are a different discipline and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.

Agencies don't stay 7 years with a partner that underperforms

We’ve run Local SEO for 10+ marketing agencies since 2019. Our longest partnership is in its 7th year.

We work with a small number of agencies at a time. Every specialist is committed to one partner, so we take on new agencies only when we have the capacity to staff them properly.

We don’t publish client case studies. Our partners’ results belong to them, and we’re not in the business of taking credit for their work. What we can show you is how long they stay, and what they say about working with us.

“I have partnered with Jitender on helping with SEO for well over a hundred websites. He's trustworthy because we have given him access to hundreds of clients' websites. I've never had any kind of security issue, never had any kind of questionable activity.”

David Thompson, Agency Owner

“If I give Jitender and his team a due date, I know that we're gonna hit that due date. Or if something throws a wrench into the plan, we're gonna know a good five days, a good week before we're expecting that due date.”

David Thompson, Agency Owner

“Jitender and his team were great SEO service providers. He has a strong grasp of schema implementation and site health improvements aimed to help clients' websites rank better in Google.”
“Jitender delivered consistent quality work for our company as we grew in the home service industry. He was a big help for us when we started to scale to meet the demands of our new clients.”
Most of the recommendations below are from the years Jitender ran this work himself, for agencies across the US. We're not going to pretend otherwise. What changed is that there are now five specialists and two other seniors working to the standard those years set, with him reviewing it.

This works best with agencies that run on process

A good fit looks like:

  • Someone on your side owns the client and directs the work. An account manager, a strategist, or you.
  • You’re running Local SEO for at least 5 clients
  • You have SOPs, or a clear idea of how you want Local SEO done, and you want someone to follow it
  • You want to scale delivery without adding headcount

We're probably not your answer if:

  • Someone on your side owns the client and directs the work. An account manager, a strategist, or you.
  • You’re running Local SEO for at least 5 clients
  • You have SOPs, or a clear idea of how you want Local SEO done, and you want someone to follow it
  • You want to scale delivery without adding headcount
We'd rather tell you this now than three months in.

Pricing

Part-time

$1,500 a month

20 hours a week

Full-time

$3,300 a month

40 hours a week

Same specialist, same senior support, same way of working. The only difference is how much capacity you have.

Tools stay yours. We work inside your subscriptions and your accounts. We don’t resell software and we don’t mark it up.

Start with a pilot month

Start part-time on two of your client accounts. At the end of 30 days you decide: continue, scale up, or walk. No notice period during the pilot.

Judge it on what a month can actually show. Work quality. Turnaround. Communication. How your specialist handles a brief. Whether they fit your process. Rankings take longer than a month, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

A good fit looks like:

No annual contract. Month to month, 30 days’ notice.

Start within 24 hours of the scoping call.

If the specialist isn’t the right fit, a senior covers your account within 24 hours while we place a permanent replacement. No cost.

The same capacity, without the hire

A US Local SEO specialist averages $67,388 a year. Loaded with payroll tax, benefits, and overhead, the real cost is closer to $88,000. Then add recruiting time, three to six months of ramp, and the day they leave and take your account knowledge with them.

Comparison criteria In-house hire Your retained specialist
Monthly cost ~$7,300 ~$3,000 full-time
Effective hourly ~$42 $17.34
Time to productive 3 to 6 months Week one
If they leave You start the hiring cycle over We replace them, no gap
Senior SEO backup Another hire Included
You're not buying cheaper labor. You're buying the same capacity without the hiring risk, the ramp, or the fixed cost.

Part-time at 20 hours a week is $1,500 a month. Full-time at 40 hours is $3,000.

The bench behind your specialist

And an in-house hire only ever sees your clients. Our team works across multiple agencies, industries, and local markets, and your specialist has that bench behind them. You’re buying someone who has already seen the problem in front of them.

Questions agencies ask us

The one everyone asks first

Where is your team based, and when can we reach you?

We’re based in India and we work on your schedule. Your specialist is available for calls through your morning and responds to urgent requests until 1 PM ET. Anything after that is handled first thing the next business day. If your clients or your team run on Pacific time, we’ll arrange coverage that fits when we scope the engagement.

We’ve worked with US agencies since 2019 and the time difference has never been the reason a partnership ended. Most of the work is asynchronous by nature, and for the parts that aren’t, we’re on the call.

“We are based in the United States and NEVER had an issue with communication between our time zones.”
02

What if the specialist isn't the right fit?

Before we assign anyone, we scope the role with you on the onboarding call and match a specialist to what you need. If the fit still isn’t right, tell us. A senior SEO takes over your account within 24 hours while we place a permanent replacement, so your coverage never drops. There’s no cost for the replacement, and you’re on 30 days’ notice regardless.

03

How long am I locked in?

You’re not. We work month to month with 30 days’ notice. The notice period lets us place your specialist elsewhere and gives you a clean handover. Annual agreements are available if you want the pricing certainty, but nothing requires one.

04

Who checks the work?

A senior SEO reviews every specialist’s output weekly for quality and performance. Specialists get monthly training on search algorithms and platform updates. We also collect your feedback every two weeks, so corrections happen in weeks rather than at renewal.

05

How fast can we start?

We onboard you within 24 hours of the kickoff call. On that call we scope the role and your requirements. We’ll need an agency email address for your specialist, plus access to your Slack or project management tool. Work starts as soon as the accesses are in place.

06

Who pays for tools?

You do. Rank tracking, citation services, audit software, all of it runs on your subscriptions and your accounts. We don’t resell software and we don’t mark it up. We’re a fulfillment partner working your tasks, not a reseller bundling a toolset into a retainer.

07

Some of our client contracts restrict where data is handled. Does that matter?

We’re based in India and we work agency-side only. We never sign contracts with your clients, never contact them, and only access what you give us. We’ll sign your NDA or data processing agreement. Whether our location fits the terms of your client contracts is your call to make, and we’re happy to answer anything your compliance team needs.

08

Will you approach our clients directly?

No, and we never will. We don’t take direct clients at all. It isn’t a policy we made for one contract, it’s how the business has run since 2019. Every agency we work with signs a non-solicitation with us. Your clients are yours during the engagement and after it ends.
